Prices and Delivery

Prices on this web site include delivery and all taxes in the UK. Please use the Contact form to enquire about the price delivered anywhere outside the UK. We maintain prices for as long as possible regardless of exchange rate fluctuations. However on rare occasions it may be necessary to increase prices during the course of a sales transaction, particularly where an order is placed outside our normal trading hours. In this situation we will advise you of any price difference and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund of any monies paid.

Unless our price confirmation, acknowledgement of your order/request for payment or proforma invoice confirms that the product is in stock, the product you order will be specially assembled to suit the specification details of the motorcycle model you specify. In this case, for the avoidance of doubt the goods will be deemed to have been made to the consumer’s specification and your order will not qualify for cancellation as indicated in Clause 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We expect to be able to deliver product to you within 14 days of order, subject to manufacturer’s product availability and third party carriers. In the event that a longer delivery time is anticipated we will inform you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund.

In the unlikely event that products or any of their components become unavailable or have an indefinite delivery time we will automatically cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Please refer to the section on installation before deciding whether to install the kit yourself or have it professionally installed. We can provide an advance copy of the installation instructions upon request to assist with your decision. Cruise control kits are assembled to order and we do not accept returns if you change your mind after goods have been dispatched.

We welcome and encourage feedback from our customers on the performance of our products and ourselves and will utilise their input as a means of continuously improving our products and processes and identify further opportunities in product development and application.

Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

O.W.L. is a responsible manufacturer and distributor of electronics products. We support the endeavours of the international community to end human rights violations in the mining of certain minerals known as “Conflict Minerals” used in the manufacture of electronic components and products. Conflict minerals emanate from a location described as the “Conflict Region” situated in parts of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries.

O.W.L. does not directly purchase any Conflict Minerals from any source and does not knowingly procure any product containing Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Region.

Whilst O.W.L. is not able to certify as to the country of origin of the minerals contained in components and materials used in manufacturing its products, we encourage those in the supply chain to increase transparency regarding the origin and traceability of minerals contained in their products.

To this end O.W.L. wherever possible use mainstream suppliers who support the principles of ending the human rights violations indicated above and have a policy not to purchase products that contain Conflict Minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Conflict Area.

Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

O.W.L. is aware of the requirements of Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and voluntarily takes all reasonable steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not take place within its own business or anywhere in its supply chains.

With regard to national or international supply chains, our contact is preferably with a UK company or branch and we expect these entities to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.

Bribery and Anti-corruption

O.W.L. is aware of the Bribery Act 2010 and operates its business both in the UK and overseas in compliance with the act. O.W.L will monitor its relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure that opportunities for corruption are avoided and appropriate notifications made should any suspicious activity be detected. O.W.L does not under any circumstances make facilitation payments either direct to customers or to their directors, employees or agents acting on their behalf.
